The authors retain the copyright to the work and transfer to the journal the right of first publication along with the work, while licensing it under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to distribute this work with mandatory indication of the authorship of this work and a link to the original publication in the journal Medicine in Kuzbass.

2. The authors reserve the right to conclude separate, additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published by the journal "Medicine in Kuzbass" (for example, to place it in the university repository or publish it in a book), with reference to the original publication in the journal "Medicine in Kuzbass".

3. Authors are allowed to post their work on the Internet (for example, in the university repository or on their personal website) before and during the review process by the editorial board of the journal Medicine in Kuzbass, as this can lead to a productive discussion, as well as to more links to this published work.

The term "author" means all persons (including co-authors) who participated in the research and creation of the manuscript and are responsible for its content. The responsibility for the completeness of the presentation of the composition of the author's team and coordination with them of all changes made to the text of the manuscript based on the results of its review and editing lies with the person (author) who submitted the manuscript to the editorial board of the journal "Medicine in Kuzbass".
