Submission Preparation Checklist
All submitted materials must meet the following requirements:
- The article has not been previously published, nor has it been submitted for review and publication in another journal.
- The file of the submitted manuscript is presented in the OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document format.
- The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Guidelines for the Format of Scientific Articles Submitted to the Journal "Medicine in Kuzbass".
- The manuscript is accompanied by a cover letter addressed to the editor-in-chief with the seal and signature of the head of the organization indicating that:
- the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration in another publication.;
- there is no information in the material that is not subject to publication;
- the author(s) have read the manuscript, approved it, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the manuscript.;
- all authors have completed a form on the presence/absence of conflicts of interest;
- if the manuscript is accepted for publication in the journal, the authors guarantee timely payment of editorial expenses according to the provided calculation.

1. Personal data processing and Protection Policy of the Publishing House "Medicine and Enlightenment"
The letter must be personally signed by all the authors, as well as by the head of the organization in which the author(s) works, stamped by the organization, scanned and uploaded in the format .jpg or .pdf along with the article file.
Copyright Notice
The authors retain the copyright to the work and transfer to the journal the right of first publication along with the work, while licensing it under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to distribute this work with mandatory indication of the authorship of this work and a link to the original publication in the journal Medicine in Kuzbass.
The term "author" means all persons (including co-authors) who participated in the research and creation of the manuscript and are responsible for its content. The responsibility for the completeness of the presentation of the composition of the author's team and coordination with them of all changes made to the text of the manuscript based on the results of its review and editing lies with the person (author) who submitted the manuscript to the editorial board of the journal "Medicine in Kuzbass".
