CORPORATIVE PROGRAMMES FOR HEALTH STRENGTHENING THE WORKING POPULATION: ACTUALITY AND PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION IN THE KEMEROVA-KUSBASS AREA

Abstract
The Corporate Health Promotion Programmes (CSPs) of employees are now the basis of a healthy lifestyle policy. They are directed to theCorrection of behavioral risk factors, reducing the risk of developing chronic noncommunicable diseases.
The purpose of the study – emphasis on the importance of organization and implementation CSPs of the working population in the territory of the Kemerovo region-Kuzbass.
Results. In the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass CSPs implemented among 52 organizations with coverage 26426 человек. 75% The CSPs is implemented among health, education and social institutions (predominance of women's groups) and only 25 per cent of the CSPs among industrial enterprises, reflecting the general trend in the country.
Results. Improving the health of persons of working age through the introduction of the CSPs can be implemented only with the joint efforts of medical organizations, employers and workers. Needed wider implementation of KPUZ among employees of commercial industrial, city-forming enterprises in the region. Use management decisions of the executive authorities of the region.
