Abstract
Ectopic pregnancy remains one of the most serious problems in gynecology, posing a direct threat to a woman's life and reproductive health. Its insidiousness lies in the difficulty of early diagnosis, since the initial symptoms often mimic a uterine pregnancy or the threat of miscarriage. The patient's clinical case is a clear example of diagnostic difficulties that led to delayed diagnosis and serious consequences.
