METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF SPECIALIZED PHARMACEUTICAL CARE FOR HIV-INFECTED PATIENTS

Abstract
As a result of the analysis of documentary reporting forms in Kuzbass, it was found that the existing regional system of quality assessment of specialized pharmaceutical care for HIV-infected patients does not include indicators for evaluating specialized pharmaceutical care.
The aim of the study – to assess the quality of specialized pharmaceutical care for HIV-infected patients.
Materials and methods. Using the methods of structural and logical analysis, as well as the results of the conducted research, a methodological approach has been scientifically substantiated and developed to optimize specialized pharmaceutical care for HIV-infected patients by introducing a new integral indicator of the quality of specialized pharmaceutical care.
The results and their discussion. As a result of the conducted approbation of the proposed methodological approach to improving the quality of specialized pharmaceutical care (SFP) HIV-infected patients, including the justification of the quality parameters of SFP, the formulas for their calculations, as well as the calculation of the integral indicator of the quality of SFP, proved the possibility of carrying out the quality of SFP at the regional level in terms of assessing the quality of the work of pharmacy organizations in providing SFP – both according to individual basic parameters of the availability of SFP, and according to the general integral indicator. The basic parameters used to calculate the integral indicator of the quality of SFP for HIV-infected patients also make it possible to identify additional reserves for improving accessibility and quality.
Conclusion. The use of modern information technologies makes it possible to optimize the quality of SFP for HIV-infected patients based on the development of an integral indicator of the quality of SFP.
