PINCHED POSTOPERATIVE VENTRAL HERNIAS

Abstract
The results of surgical treatment of patients with impaired postoperative ventral hernias, carried out in the period from 2015 to 2022 in the surgical department N 1 of the S.V. Belyaev Kuzbass Clinical Hospital (Kemerovo), were studied. The operated patients were divided into groups of 30 people. Most of the operated patients were people of working age.
The patients underwent surgical treatment using hernioplasty with local tissues or using a mesh prosthesis, drainage of the synthetic location area. The terms of hospitalization and complications in the study groups were compared.
