Abstract

Was made analysis of status single links in haemostatic system at children with sharp glomerulonephritis, changes in haemostatic links during anticoagulant therapy. Among 81 children, who were divided into 2 groups: 44 children with nephrotic syndrome of sharp glomerulonephritis and 37 children with nephritic syndrome of sharp glomerulonephritis. Studies have shown that the debut accompanied by hyper coagulation. Was rate the effectiveness of anticoagulation therapy when applying methods of evidence-based medicine with the calculation of the relatives risks anticoagulation therapy in the cure of sharp glomerulonephritis. In the cure of nephrotic syndrome at sharp glomerulonephritis with using low molecular weight heparin seen steady clinical effect in terms of excretion protein. Anticoagulation therapy in children with nephritic syndrome of sharp glomerulonephritis was received a clear clinical effect for index: increasing the DFMC (dissoluble fibroin monomer complex) hematuria, excretion protein.
