Submission Preparation Checklist
All submitted materials must meet the following requirements:
- The article has not been previously published, nor has it been submitted for review and publication in another journal.
- The file of the submitted manuscript is presented in the OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document format.
- The text meets the stylistic and bibliographic requirements described in the Guidelines for the Format of Scientific Articles Submitted to the Journal "Mother and Baby in Kuzbass".
- The manuscript is accompanied by a cover letter addressed to the editor-in-chief with the seal and signature of the head of the organization indicating that:
- the manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration in another publication.;
- there is no information in the material that is not subject to publication;
- the author(s) have read the manuscript, approved it, and are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the manuscript.;
- all authors have completed a form on the presence/absence of conflicts of interest;
- if the manuscript is accepted for publication in the journal, the authors guarantee timely payment of editorial expenses according to the provided calculation.

The letter must be personally signed by all the authors, as well as by the head of the organization in which the author(s) works, stamped by the organization, scanned and uploaded in the format .jpg or .pdf along with the article file.

Authors retain rights of authorship to their articles.
Authors transfer the right to use the articles to the publisher of Mother and Baby in Kuzbass Journal basing on nonexclusive license Creative Commons Attribution License CC BY, retaining exclusive rights (including the right to publish the article in other journals), but only after its first publication in Mother and Baby in Kuzbass Journal.
The Author is understood to be all who took part in the investigation and creation of the manuscript and bearing the responsibility for its content (co-authors). The Author who submits the manuscript to the Editorial Office takes the responsibility for the exhaustibility of the composite author composition and coordination of all the changes in the manuscript after the review.
Author admits that his/her details (family names, names, middle names, names and addresses of affiliated entities, e-mail addresses, contact phone numbers for readers, etc.) provided for the publication purposes become a public domain. Such details are published exclusively in the authors’ interests and for consistent track-keeping, referencing by file-keeping organisations, including the opportunities to network with related scientific communities.
In addition to the above-mentioned details, the personal information provided by authors to the Journal, such as additional e-mail addresses and phone numbers shall be used exclusively for contacting the authors in the process of preparing the articles for publication. The Editorial Board shall not disclose any personal details to any third parties for any other purposes than set forth above.
