MODERN AND ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT OF PATIENTS WITH PREGNANCY IN UTERINE SCAR (REVIEW ARTICLE)

Abstract
Uterine scar pregnancy and cervical isthmian pregnancy are rare but extremely serious obstetric conditions that can lead to significant complications. In recent years, the frequency of this pathology has been increasing, which is associated with an increase in the number of surgical deliveries, such as cesarean section, and improved diagnostic methods. The growing relevance of this topic is due to the need to develop effective diagnostic and therapeutic approaches that would minimize the risks to women's health. With the increasing number of women with a surgical history, especially after cesarean section, the study of these conditions is becoming a priority in obstetric and gynecological practice.
