Abstract
The birth of a healthy child is undoubtedly a great happiness and one of the main goals for future parents. However, in today's fast-paced world, with its environmental factors and the prevalence of chronic diseases, relying solely on luck for conception and pregnancy becomes risky. This is where the concept of preconception care comes into play – a comprehensive set of diagnostic and preventive measures aimed at preparing both men and women for successful conception, a healthy pregnancy, and the birth of a healthy baby. In this article, we will explore why preconception care is not just a trendy concept, but a vital necessity and a conscious step towards a happy parenting experience.
