Abstract
Spindle cell carcinoma is a sarcoma-like cancer composed exclusively of spindle-shaped tumor cells. It is an extremely rare tumor characterized by high malignancy and rapid growth. Due to its poor response to chemotherapy and radiation therapy, as well as its poor prognosis, early surgical resection is considered the most effective treatment. We present a rare clinical case of spindle cell carcinoma with lung metastasis, diagnosed in the late postpartum period.
