Abstract

Heterotopic pregnancy is a rare and potentially life-threatening condition. At the same time, a woman simultaneously carries two pregnancies in different localizations. Currently, there are no generally accepted protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of heterotopic pregnancy. Very often, surgical treatment is delayed due to the presence of a fetal egg in the uterine cavity. The article presents a case of heterotopic tubal pregnancy, which was diagnosed after rupture of the fallopian tube and stage 2 hemorrhagic shock, which ended with laparoscopic salpingectomy. The uterine pregnancy was successfully prolonged and ended in childbirth on time.
