Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор патофизиологических механизмов формирования вторичной иммунологической недостаточности при тяжелой черепно-мозговой травме: стресс-индуцированное изменение функционирования нейрогуморальной оси, увеличение уровней катехоламинов, цитокинов, активация апоптоза лимфоидных клеток.
