ПОБОЧНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ ИНГИБИТОРОВ ПРОТОННОЙ ПОМПЫ ПРИ ДЛИТЕЛЬНОМ ПРИМЕНЕНИИ: В ФОКУСЕ ОРГАНЫ ДЫХАНИЯ
Аннотация
Ингибиторы протонной помпы (ИПП) являются наиболее эффективными препаратами для лечения кислотозависимых заболеваний. В последние десятилетия использование ИПП растет в геометрической прогрессии.
Долгое время ИПП считались полностью безопасными лекарственными веществами, как для краткосрочного, так и для длительного применения. Однако в современных клинических рекомендациях отмечается, что при назначении ИПП в больших дозах на длительный срок следует учитывать возможность развития побочных эффектов. В последние годы опубликован ряд зарубежных обзоров, в которых рассматриваются связи между ИПП и рядом заболеваний/состояний.
Нами проведен поиск в информационных базах PubMed и Scopus публикаций, посвященных безопасности применения ИПП, включавший источники до 01.12.2023. В рамках данного обзора нами рассмотрено влияние длительного применения ИПП на дыхательную систему.
По сравнению с другими побочными эффектами, изменениям со стороны органов дыхания уделяется меньше внимания, однако повышенный риск развития внебольничной пневмонии при длительном применении ИПП признан вероятным. Для выяснения причинно-следственных механизмов связи ИПП с брохообструктивными заболеваниями необходимы дополнительные проспективные исследования.
