ЭКТОПИЯ ВИЛОЧКОВОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ У ДЕТЕЙ: РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ, ДИАГНОСТИКА И КЛИНИЧЕСКАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ
Аннотация
Эктопию ткани тимуса морфологи стали чаще обозначать в начале 20 века, но публикации о значимости данных включений появились только в 21 веке. С совершенствованием технологий диагностики эктопические участки тимуса, прежде рассматриваемые как рудиментарные очаги, стали рассматриваться как часть полноценного органа, имеющие столь же неоценимое значение для формирования иммунной системы. В данном обзоре рассмотрены современные представления об эмбриогенезе, распространенности, диагностике и клинической значимости эктопии тимуса как у здоровых детей, так и перенесших тимэктомию вследствие оперативного вмешательства по поводу врожденных пороков сердца.
