ОПУХОЛЬ БУШКЕ-ЛЕВЕНШТЕЙНА (КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ)

Аннотация


Опухоль Бушке-Левенштейна (ОБЛ) или гигантская акуминеальная кондилома, чаще всего вызвана папилломавирусом человека типа 6 и/или 11, 16 и 18, передается половым путём. Частота оценивается в 0,1 % от общей популяции. ОБЛ встречается чаще у мужчин, чем у женщин в соотношении 3,5 : 1, обычно в возрасте до 50 лет, и крайне редко у детей.

В представленной статье описан клинический случай тяжелого течения опухоли Бушке-Левенштейна рецидивирующего характера с благоприятным исходом на момент выписки из гинекологического стационара.
