СТРАТЕГИИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА ПЕРВОГО ТИПА НА ЭТАПЕ ПРЕКОНЦЕПЦИОННОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ, ВО ВРЕМЯ БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ И РОДОВ
Аннотация
Цель исследования – провести аналитический обзор современных источников научной литературы, освещающих вопросы лечения сахарного диабета первого типа на этапе планирования беременности, во время беременности и после родов.
Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 56 отечественных и зарубежных источников литературы по данной теме.
Результаты. По результатам анализа научных данных обновлено представление о лечении сахарного диабета первого типа до и во время беременности.
Заключение. Сахарный диабет первого типа ассоциирован с неблагоприятными исходами для матери и плода, однако своевременная преконцепционная подготовка и терапия во время беременности позволяет снизить эти риски.
