Аннотация


Цель исследования – провести аналитический обзор современных источников научной литературы, освещающих вопросы патогенеза алкогольной болезни печени.

Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 55 отечественных и зарубежных источников литературы по данной теме.

Результаты. По результатам анализа научных данных обновлено представление о патогенезе алкогольной болезни печени.

Заключение. Алкогольная болезнь печени ассоциирована с ближайшими и отдаленными фатальными рисками, что делает ее актуальной проблемой. Проведенный анализ свидетельствует, что данная патология требует дальнейшего изучения.
