СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВИЧ-ИНФИЦИРОВАННЫХ БОЛЬНЫХ В УСЛОВИЯХ ПЕНИТЕНЦИАРНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ
Аннотация
Проведен анализ распространения ВИЧ-инфекции в пенитенциарной системе за рубежом, в России и в Кузбассе.
Проведен анализ отечественной и зарубежной литературы по результатам лечения больных с хирургическими заболеваниями на фоне ВИЧ-инфекции. Обозначен ряд проблем в диагностике и лечении ВИЧ-инфицированных больных с ургентной и плановой хирургической патологией.
