Аннотация


В статье описано применение метода вакуумной аспирационной биопсии (ВАБ) при внутрипротоковых папилломах молочных желез для диагностических и лечебных целей. Диагностика внутрипротоковых папиллом сегодня неоднозначна и вызывает много вопросов и дискуссий. Терапевтический аспект применения ВАБ вызывает еще больше вопросов у специалистов разных стран. Однако ВАБ имеет неоспоримые плюсы в диагностике и лечении внутрипротоковых изменений молочных желез. ВАБ постепенно вытесняет избыточно радикальные подходы в лечении разных нозологий молочных желез и внутрипротоковые изменения не являются исключением.
