МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ СИМПТОМНОЙ МИОМЫ МАТКИ ЧЕРЕЗ ПРИЗМУ ВРЕМЕНИ (ОБЗОР НАУЧНОЙ ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация


В обзорной статье представлены результаты опубликованных работ, касающиеся изучения терапии симптомной миомы матки. Как известно, миома матки занимает второе место в структуре гинекологической патологии, не имея тенденции к снижению. Проводимые исследования демонстрируют неоднозначные результаты при использовании хирургических и малоинвазивных методов лечения. Часть авторов склоняется к выбору миомэктомии, как метода, минимально влияющего на фертильность и исключающего рецидивы заболевания.

Группа исследователей, приверженцев более щадящих подходов к органосохраняющей тактике, обосновывают и доказывают целесообразность выполнения эмболизации маточных артерий, с учетом индивидуального подхода и оценки рисков отдаленных результатов.

Дискутабельность вопросов выбора метода лечения симптомной миомы матки, с учетом отдаленных исходов и перспектив реализации репродуктивной функции, определяют необходимость проведения дальнейших проспективных исследований.
