Аннотация


Несмотря на то, что о некротизирующем энтероколите (НЭК) известно вот уже около двух веков, а интенсивное изучение заболевания продолжается в течение последних 50 лет, НЭК остается нерешенной проблемой. В связи с появлением новых возможностей и технологий выхаживания недоношенных детей, интерес к исследованиям возрос, число публикаций по НЭК увеличивалось с 1-2 в год в начале 70-х годов прошлого столетия до более 400 в 2020 году. Многие исследователи посвятили всю свою карьеру вопросам понимания, профилактики и лечения НЭК. Однако, уровень летальности остается практически неизменным последние три десятилетия. Настоящий обзор представляет собой описание известных на сегодняшний день факторов риска, аспектов диагностики и патогенеза заболевания.
