СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПРЕДСТАВЛЕНИЯ О ПРЕДМЕНСТРУАЛЬНОМ СИНДРОМЕ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ

Аннотация


Цель исследования – провести аналитический обзор современных источников научной литературы, освещающих вопросы предменструального синдрома.

Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ 42 зарубежных и отечественных источников литературы по данной теме.

Результаты. Около70-80 % женщин имеют симптомы ПМС. Имеющиеся представления о патогенезе ПМС позволяют применять в лечении как лекарственные, так и растительные препараты. В первой линии лечения ПМС и ПМДР применяют дроспиренон-содержащие КОК. Для поддерживающей терапии – препараты с растительными компонентами.

Заключение. Лечение должно проводиться согласно форме и тяжести предменструального расстройства.
