Аннотация
Обзорная статья посвящена инфламмасоме NLRP1, которая была открыта раньше других, но оказалась наименее исследованной. Возникновение инфламмасомы в клетках-контейнерах, относящихся к естественному иммунитету – это раннее событие, которое предшествует развитию любого воспалительного процесса, включая аллергическое воспаление. В обзорной статье дана характеристика структуры, основных активационных сигналов, процесса активации NLRP1 и связи с болезнями человека с акцентом на такие атопии, как атопический дерматит, аллергический ринит и аллергическую астму, а также даётся обоснование ассоциаций мутаций в гене сенсора NLRP1 и генах, соответствующих предрасположенности к атопии. Также отмечается связь NLRP1 со злокачественными новообразованиями.
