Аннотация
Представлено клиническое наблюдение наследственного гемохроматоза (НГХ) в сочетании с хроническим вирусным гепатитом С на стадии декомпесированного цирроза печени. Показаны клинические проявления НГХ с прогрессирующим течением, которому способствовала инфекция вирусом гепатита С. Продемонстрирована важность своевременной диагностики сочетанной патологии печени (в данном случае НГХ и вирусной инфекции гепатита С) для проведения эффективного лечения, повышения качества жизни и увеличения ее продолжительности.
