Abstract

In order to achieve higher immunization coverage of children and development of ethical and psychological tactics-based interaction with the child's parents of medical-patient study is carried out decision to vaccinate a child, the child's parents of the patient (with the support of the RFBR, the project 15-06-05088).

Using structured interview 76 mothers of infants who came to immunizations in children's polyclinics of the city analyzed the influence of various factors on the decision of parents vaccination.

It was found that differences logics parents and doctors when deciding whether vaccination can be «psychological ground» antivaktsinalnyh installations. Real consent to vaccinate a large part of the test (32 % to 44 % response rate) from a psychological standpoint is forced, «imposed» without taking its own share of responsibility, the proposed voluntary informed consent.

The proposed organization of work with future parents before birth, when parents have time to reflect on the objective information and psychological preparation for the self-help.

MD, PhD, professor, head of department of polyclinic pediatrics.

She is the honored doctor of the Russian Federation, the “Outstanding Health Care Worker”, the pediatrician of the highest qualification category. She is a member of the Upper Volga branch of Russian Ecological Academy, a member of the working group of the Commission on Pediatrics of the Expert Council of Russian Ministry of Health, the non-staff Chief Pediatric Specialist at the Health Department of the Yaroslavl region, a member of the Public Council under the Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Yaroslavl region, a Chairman of regional branch of the Russian Association for School and University Medicine and Health. She is also a member of the Coordinating Council for Demographic Policy of the Yaroslavl region, a member of the Editorial Board of the “Russian Journal of Pediatrics” and “School and University Medicine and Health” journals.

She is an author of more than 200 scientific and 30 academic works, 1 invention, co-author of 2 monographs. She has taught 6 Candidates and 2 Doctors of Sciences.
