Аннотация


Экстракорпоральная мембранная оксигенация (ЭКМО) является одним из методов протезирования жизненно важных функций организма, таких как газообменная функция легких и насосная функция сердца. ЭКМО уже на протяжении десятилетий используется в качестве кардиореспираторной поддержки при патологии сердца и легких, рефрактерной к общепринятым методам лечения. Особый всплеск интереса к данной технологии наблюдается в период эпидемий свиного гриппа и других вирусно-бактериальных поражений легких с развитием тяжелого острого респираторного дистресс-синдрома. ЭКМО следует рассматривать в плане поддерживающих мероприятий, т.е. замещения временно и обратимо утраченных функций сердца и/или легких при условии их восстановления или наличия перспективы трансплантации. В данном обзоре литературы описана история ЭКМО, обсуждаются различные варианты ее использования, эффективность и осложнения у критических больных.
