НОВОЕ О НАЧАЛЬНЫХ СТАДИЯХ ЭМБРИОНАЛЬНОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕКА

Аннотация


Цель исследования – провести анализ современной информации о начальных стадиях эмбрионального развития человека до стадии бластоцисты.

Методология исследования. При проведении обзора литературы использовались следующие базы данных: Cochrane, Medline, PubMed, HINARY. Словами для поиска были: «initial stages of human embryonic development». Глубина поиска составила 7 лет (2012-2018 гг.).

Результаты и их обсуждение. Обнаружено 426 публикаций (1977-2018 гг.). Критериям поиска соответствовали 112 публикаций (2012-2018 гг.). Понимание доимплантационного развития человека имеет важное значение для вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, терапии эмбриональными стволовыми клетками человека и лечения онкологических заболеваний. Из-за ограниченных ресурсов клеточные и молекулярные механизмы, регулирующие эту раннюю стадию развития человека, плохо изучены. Тем не менее, недавние достижения в области неинвазивных методов визуализации, молекулярных и геномных технологий помогли человечеству углубить понимание этой стадии развития человека.

Заключение. В настоящее время человечество вплотную приблизилось к пониманию эмбрионального развития человека до стадии бластоцисты. Детальное понимание процесса эмбриогенеза необходимо для решения, прежде всего, клинических задач: лечения онкологических заболеваний и бесплодия. Однако большинство исследователей выступают за предотвращение любого применения редактирования генома у эмбриона человека до тех пор, пока общество не будет готово, и не проведет тщательную этическую оценку и обсуждение этих вопросов.
